As a Santa Cruz parent and educator, I absolutely love supporting local families and busy professionals to achieve sustainable organization. Through teaching, coaching, and hands-on organizing, my approach is a holistic and client centered process tailored to individual needs.
Since my personal background includes a very unconventional childhood with many changes, I’ve always been drawn to systems of organization as a way of establishing control and predictability for myself.
In 2019 my obsession with orderly spaces was taken a step further upon experiencing the emotional benefits of the KonMari Method®, subsequently launching my work with Tidy Evolution clients in January 2020.
I truly understand how a busy life and challenging transitions can affect family, career, and self-care. I’m here to keep you organized along the way!
Robin Penney

Robin Penney has been organizing with Tidy Evolution since August 2022, tackling a range of spaces including family rooms, garages, and offices. As a yoga teacher and fitness coach known for her calm nature and logical approach to movement practice, Robin meets her organizing clients where they are with a supportive presence and clear step-by-step guidance. Tiffany Trujillo
Lead Organizer
Tiffany Trujillo grew up in the Santa Cruz County area and feels a deep connection to the community. After graduating from UCSC with a degree in Anthropology, she spent many years as a domestic staffing recruiter in San Francisco. As a parent and Nanny/Family Assistant, Tiffany became passionate about making the lives of busy families easier through attentive childcare, organizational support, and household efficiency. In April 2022, Tiffany joined the Tidy Evolution team in pursuit of creating peaceful homes and professional spaces through organizational systems.
